::Very very dissatisfied with them. When we called originally (2 or 3 times) to verify that they could deliver to the new destination they said yes. That's why we used Packrat. Called recently to get it moved and now all of a sudden the facility it's stored at doesn't deliver to this address. I'm still not sure how that's possible when they did for my mom to the same zip code from Phoenix. Very dissatisfied with theses guys! Now two women who don't have any help, have to rent a uhaul, unload the Packrat, drive it and unload it!

::We did a long distance move. We were told our stuff could be delivered in 2-3 business days once we arrived. When we called for delivery they would not deliver for 18 days!!!! After hours waiting on hold they could deliver in 14 days. They admit they don't have the resources to deliver the service they quote but that ends up being your problem not theirs and they won't do anything about it.

::Had a pretty good experience with Packrat. My ONLY complaint is that they didn't follow directions for the Drop off of our POD when I told them the only thing i needed was space between the POD and our House. I called them and told them the guy needs to come back and move it, and he did. I'm glad they fixed the situation, but next time, please just follow instructions. Overall good experience and I recommend this for long distance moves!

::BUYER BEWARE! This company will beat any other quote but that's where it ends! 35-45 minute wait times for existing customers to access service- IF you're lucky enough to get a response. When you finally get a voice on the other end, customers are called lairs regarding delivery dates and times. Ask to speak to a supervisor and learn how much they don't care about providing customer service- completely indifferent to your requests. After-the-fact charges are a regular way they recoup the money you "saved" rather than using one of their competitors. Charges like "fuel surcharge" or "AM priority pick-up" or even "early unit retrieval" are added to your credit card. These idiots are never wrong and the customer is always stupid. NEVER USE THEM! Pay the extra money for a more reputable service. 1-800-PACK-RAT SUCKS!
