::I ordered two day prior assuming it was going to get there at least by the afternoon. 5 o’clock rolled around and it’s dark I called no one answered and I called earlier an afternoon no one answered I’ve been calling for hours no one answer I emailed the lady said that the balloons is going to be there between five and 530. It was not.. 1st and last time I’ll ever do business with them

::The cost is expensive, and the balloons are purchased at the dollar store. What you order is NOT what you get! Do not waste your money. Scam company.

::I purchase balloons and teddy bear and stressed that I wanted delivery before a certain time. The rep stated that delivery would be 1.5 hrs before the time requested well needless to say the delivery time was late and I received an apology but no refund for the fee of the same day delivery. I am so disappointed in their customer service.

::Do NOT us this company!!! We contacted the 1-800-balloons to get balloons delivered to a family member for a birthday. The delivery was late and they forgot the balloons!!!! They delivered a teddy bear and chocolate. They never answer the phone and when I finally reached someone because I kept calling they were so rude!!! They didn't believe me and made me send a picture proving the balloons were not included. This establishments name is 1-800-balloons... we wanted balloons!!!!! The offered to refund the cost of the balloons, but never did!
