  Too pricey, does not have sales at all any days. Is always empty because of their price. The employess are very nice though.

  Paid for sns and 1 repair nail, which broke next day. Returned for repair wanted to charge again. Decided not to charge , however during this one nail she left to do full manicure on another customer..very poor service here

  Polite staff and quick service, however, worst gel manicure I've ever gotten. The nail polish was very thin and watery, even after 3 coats. I got the manicure 4 days ago and the polish is already lifting at the cuticle line. I do not think it was worth $25 and will not be going back.

  I wish I were able to give them zero stars. At first it was a typical nail salon experience. I chose my color, sat down, and Olga proceeded to remove my previous polish. A woman walked in and asked Olga whether she was busy as she actively worked on my nails. At which point Olga decided the person who'd just walked was a more valuable customer and promptly asked me to move to another station so someone else could finish the manicure - no explanation, just "mover over, she'll finish." I'm typically a pretty resonable person but i didn't think this was a professional way to conduct yourself as a service professional. To add insult to injury, the person tasked with finishing the job did so quite sloppily. Needless to say, I'll never come here again.
