  had an amazing experience here the workers really helped me find a beautiful dress for the part i had the other night highly recommend.

  Don't buy anything from Zu Zu, there's working stupid and crazy people, they don't exchange and they don't return money back even the store credit, but they can say you,,We do everything " but they didn't

  Overpriced dress I purchased had rhinestone detailing on the straps- no sooner did I take the dress GENTLY out of the dress bag as soon as I arrived home but TWO of the stones fell out, one never to be found - likely happened upon handling by the cashier as he was putting the "protective" bag over it.... I called the next day to complain, as they do not allow refunds but only exchanges, nicely asked for a manager, was told he was not there. I then asked when the manager would be in next and was told by an older sounding man with an accent that he did not know, at which point I was hung up on. Having to trek back to this store with at LEAST one very, very rude employee, I described my phone incident earlier in the week and was informed the man with whom I spoke WAS the manager/owner!! Now I'm stuck with store credit that I DO NOT want to use in patronizing such an abominable establishment. *** If anyone would like to but the $170 store credit in my possession- doesn't expire- I will gladly sell for less than full value ($150 obo) so that no more money supports ill-mannered, unobliging people. PLease feel free to contact me ***

  Walked in and walked out it was very difficult to get an idea as to what they had most of what you could see was for an older crowd which was not what I was looking for but also seemed disorganized

  Last minute shopping for wedding tomorrow night...the woman who helped me was super helpful...she went through everything until a found the perfect gown...thank you!!
