  The saleswoman who helped me was very nice and professional. I can't comment much on their overall selection since I placed my order online and then made an in-store exchange, but I do plan to shop in the store after seeing the way the staff goes above and beyond the norm.

  Went in there with my kids they helped my kids out with everything really great customer service they even charged my phone for me

  I had to shop at Zumiez for the first time for my son's 15th birthday, and I must say I like MOST of there stuff. Teenage appropriate store.

  Best experience I've EVER had at any physical store in NYC. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I bought some Vans and the staff offered to change my broken trucks for HALF OFF. Plus when I left, the guy in the back gave me FREE COOKIES and said he'd hit me up with a Supreme sticker. Incredible place. 🙏
