  Zumiez I want to know if you really do have good staff or not. I am in need of a 8 or 8.5 skateboard. I want a staff member to be kind and help me with what I'm looking for. If not in going to look somewhere else.

  This is my favorite store in the entire mall! Personally I think they have the best clothes wether you skate or not. Also the employees there are extremely helpful.. big shout out to the new store manager J, he hooked me up with my first board!

  1.) The employees were rude and seemed bothered by us. They were more concerned with whatever conversation they had going on with each other. If you asked for help and broke up their little convo, they would give you some wicked stares and terrible attitudes. 2.) I guess Zumiez is hurting for cash, because they won't even give out a plastic bag to help someone in need. I got hot and sweaty wearing my coat walking around in there, so I took it off and it was becomming overwhelming to keep carrying it because it's a heavy winter coat. So I asked if I could grab a bag from them to carry it around in, and the girl behind the counter gives me this crusty look and says "No, sorry, you have to purchase something in order to get a bag. We can't just give them out." Lol. Everything in there is at least $15+. And they are really tripping on a cheap bag. Lol. No freebies at Zumiez... not even a cheap plastic bag. Lol. 3.) They were discriminating hard core. 3 strikes! Your out!! Will never shop at Zumiez again because of my experience. This isn't the first time this has happened at this store.

  The people that work there only care about the music playing and dancing. Nothing about customer service, this is a place of business not a club. I had to find a associate to ask for shoe size because they were so busy dancing. This store was unprofessional I wouldn't go back here.

  Store is awesome got my first skateboard here. They help you with what you need I love it😂
