  I am posting this comment today to complain of the poor service I received from "ZORRILLA AGENCY" on May 12, 2016. I was attended by representative of That agency, Ms. SANDRA GARAY, at the office located in 568 Laffayet ave. Hawthorne, New Jersey, 07506. I lent the service of this agency concerning a immigration case, "Big mistake!, THIS IS NOT A IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT OFFICE"...SO PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. That's not the point anyways! The point is that Ms. SANDRA GARAY (Not a immigration lawyer) requested me a bunch of "ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS" (Birth certificates, Us passport, Marriage Certificates, photo pictures, SSN, My wife's Visa, Naturalization certificate, etc...). I'm a US Army worker and Im traveling every where around the states without complaints. (YOU KNOW THE DEAL). so I was called for duty in Fort Lee Virgina by my Batallion for a period time of 5 months then by the time I came back to Jersey USCIS (Immigration) asked me for the original documents I gave to MS. SANDRA GARAY and guess what happened? I called this lady to get the my documents back, but she verbally said: "5 MONTHS ITS BEEN PAST MR. HERRERA AND UNFORTUNALY I HAVE TO TELL YOU THAT I PROBABLY THREW YOUR DOCUMENTS TO THE RECYCLER MACHINE" I mean, seriously?...I spent a lot of money and time to get those documents from my country to hear that from a "Professional" agent in the United States? No way! she full paid my SICRIFICE by saying "I'm sorry" is there anything else I can help you with Mr. Herrera?. My final message is "This what I call an unprofessional service" please don't be another victim of this people, get help with a professional consultants before you put your money, time and sicrifice in hands like ZORRILLA AGENCY PEOPLE.
