  Very prompt same day service. Nick went above & beyond to find problem with our toilet draining issues. When a service call from a plumber didn’t help our problem we called Zoom. Nick listened to us and did a little investigating and discovered a venting issue. Problem fixed!! Thanks Nick you’re the best!!!!

  After being referred to Zoom Drain by a plumbing company that couldn’t clear a line, Zoom tech Joe T. was dispatched. Job was completed within 30 minutes. In my opinion, Joe was most professional and capable. Thank you, Joe and Zoom Drain! Most appreciated!

  I have a waste pipe line that had to be repaired and replaced. Nick come also when Ray the Plumber was doing the job. The told me about the Zoom Drain Bio which I purchase and use, it has made a big difference in the pipes. It’s great. Thanks Nick.

  I had a monumental problem with interior plumbing on first and second floor levels of my home in Lake Grove, New York. I called Zoom based on a recommendation from a satisfied customer (Eileen Clark- Farmingville). I initially spoke with Tina. She is a delightful young lady, very polite, professional and extremely helpful. I explained the dilemma to her and she said she would dispatch someone right away. True to her word Joe Torres arrived shortly thereafter. He is a true professional - very knowledgeable, polite, efficient and basically a Class Act. Our problem was NOT an easy fix but Joe - mustering his years of experience found a way to unclog the lines and did so while working outside in a steady rainfall. Unfortunately the inside trap was buried in concrete under a closet. Bottom line - he did an AMAZING job and when he left everything was fine. He checked and double checked before leaving to make sure the problem had been corrected. Zoom Drain is a TOP SHELF company and my experience with Tina and Joe was memorable to say the least. I high recommend them.

  Joe came to work on our clogged bathroom sink. He is a respectful man, explained what he found. Whatever he moved he replaced in the same spot. He unclogged the whole system and all is working well again.He recommended a drain cleaner to use to prevent buildup. It was a pleasure to have Joe do our work, it is obvious that he is a good worker and a credit to Zoom Drain!
