  This place is so nice and clean, and the service is so great. The staff are very friendly and most importantly the price is reasonable! Ask for Rick. 😄😄😄😄

  15 Minuets. That's all it took for the other shop to take my drums off, while Zoni Bros was not able to do it in 4 hours. They wanted to remove my axle in order to change the drums and brakes. I said no, but still had to pay $420 for the labor cost that ended up not having anything done to the vehicle. And no, you didn't have to do anything on the front wheels, not even re packing or greasing.... once the back drums and brakes where changed, everything was fine. And no, it didn't have to take a few days, in fact all it took was 1 hour! (just including waiting for the parts to come in) I was thinking a lot about this negative review, I really didn't want to do this, but after seeing other people here had the same experience of paying $400 and up for jobs not done, it changed my mind. Should we talk about the hub caps that where broken? The so called frozen wheels, where worked on less then a year by two other mechanic shops and should have not been broken while working 3 hours to take them off.. Rick to me, "why are you standing outside, come in! Me: I don't want to bother you so I wait outside, and he's like no.. come in. 15 Minuets later, "are you really gonna stay here and listen to all my private phone calls?" (in other words, leave...) So I went home, which added to the labor cost of course. I was not upset while I paid the $420, thinking that it is fair and square, they worked on my vehicle and it needs a bigger job, so not their fault. But all that changed my mind when I took it to the next mechanic and within 15 minuets both drums where removed, and no, it was not removed prior to that by Zoni's shop, as it was "frozen"... One thing I have learned is, Never leave a vehicle by a mechanic shop and walk away before you get the final price. If they refuse to check it while you are there and give you at least a price cap, run for your life.

  The customer service is great, I was provided updates all through out my project. The workmanship quality and efficiency was also amazing and I had no issues. They provided guidance, assurance and very fair pricing.

  After my return to motorcycling two years ago I found myself incredibly fortunate to live just two blocks from Zoni Brothers. I've had my bike, a Yamaha V-Star 1300, into Zoni four times now, twice for repair & twice for routine safety checks. I've always felt well-treated & the work has always been first class. When I needed a new rear tire, Rick came in on a Saturday (normally closed) to finish up & get my bike out. After doing some front brake work—for which I paid a fraction of what I nervously expected the bill to be—Rick called me a few days later to make certain everything was all right with the repair & I wasn't experiencing any further troubles. Typical. Is Zoni the epitome of perfection...? Well, the downside is that he's often busy, & so has trouble taking on new work. So call, make an appointment if possible to avoid disappointment.
