  The fan I bought from Zirgo is much quieter than my last fan. Can't tell you if it's exactly 3000 cfl but it does pull a lot of cold air through the radiator. Truck no longer runs as close to boiling as it did.

  I just recently bought up 3 rolls of Ultramat on sale. I love this stuff.Good heat barrier for the money. I use it on many applications and it works like a charm. If you need to block out heat or sound then get this stuff.
