  No one seems to know what is going on. Dropped off a two-piece suit with the stain on the right wrist at 10 AM and received an email that said it was ready for pick up at two in the afternoon. I thought that was great! I called to make sure that it wasn’t a mistake email, and I was told to come on by. When I arrived I saw that there was an extra charge for three items that was issued by the person I spoke with on the phone; they pulled up my account when I had called and then applied the next customers items to my account. I’m not sure how they will track that individual’s belongings down. I was then given my suit by the same person I dropped it off to and when I lifted up the bag I saw that not only had the stain on the wrist been untreated but that there was a new hole in the back of the pants themselves. When I asked about the stain I was told “you should have told the cashier about the stain, dry-cleaning doesn’t use water.” I decided to cut my losses at the five dollars it cost for the pseudo-job on the suit, lesson learned. Be explicit about what you want here, they are a high volume institution with little bandwidth for quality control.

  I have visited there one time to get a suit cleaned. The customer service was very nice, in the suit came out great. I will go back again.

  DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY! My experience here was terrible. After the cashier charged my card he tells me the clothes will be ready in one week. After I tell him I need them in three days, and I would like to cancel the transaction, he insist they'll be ready in that time, and to not cancel transaction. I called three days later, and not only had they misplaced my items, but would not refund me for the transaction because they said from there end there was no record of it in their system even with a bank statement showing they charged me. This location and it's leadership have no concept of what a customer is, and that they are providing a service to you that you're paying for. So unless you feel like losing $20 buck for charity, I wouldn't go!

  I definitely understand why this place has mixed reviews. The first two times I came in it was awesome. Staff at the cash register, quick-service and friendly seevice and my clothes were ready fast looking good right on time. The last two times I came in to drop off clothes between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. the line was so long, as there was only one person working the register, I left and walked four or five 5 doors down "regular cleaners". They also have one day service and the price was the same. This particular zips lacks consistency and personality. I do not think I will be coming back.

  Ruin my dress, brought dress in early on Saturday was not ready at 5pm had to wait until Monday. Know one every explain that the dress had color bleed problem. Couldn't tell that was the problem until I got the dress home, the lighting in the store is very poor. So be aware if they ever need more time to clean a garment it because damage has occurred. I will return to the location I used before go to this location even though it not as close to my home. STAFF AT HECHNINGER MALL VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DECEITFUL!
