  Not just for zippers, (although they did fix the zipper on my friend's Ferragamo bag.) They tailored me into a scandalous 😱 dress that made it modest but still flirty. Also? They can repair holes in sweaters. It's called "weaving." And not a lot of folks know how to do it. They have rescued some of my favorite cashmere from kitty scratches and every day wear and tear.

  I came in with a broken strap on my hiking day pack that was going to be a pain to fix properly. The owner offered a cheaper workaround, which I accepted. When I come to pick it up, I learn that she did the more complicated but proper fix, for the same price as the cheaper job. Huzzah!

  On the basis of the previous review I walked in at 11:35AM, showed her my broken zipper, and was promised a repaired coat, 20 minutes and $14 later. I ate at Panera across the street. She delivered what she promised. Very cordial and expert service. Save your money and let her save your coat!

  I went in to get a long zipper on a coat replaced, b/c it was broken. I came in a half hour before store closing, and she said, "Oh, you don't need to replace it, I can fix it. It will be $14. And to save you another trip back, if you just wait for 10 mins, I'll do it right now". FANTASTIC! I thought I would have to pay $40 like another person had said to get the whole thing replaced. I am so glad I went there. She did comment that she had to replace some hardware so it didn't look the same, but I'm fine with that for $14!!! I hope everyone goes there so honest businesses with integrity that don't try to tell you to do more than you need to just to get your money stay in business!
