  A good place to grab some Korean snacks on deep discounts, if you don’t mind them being too close to expiration dates on the package.

  I was never happy with this place, but went in sometimes when driving direction makes it convenient. Beside they do not put items into bags, cashiers lack the most basic common senses. I was buying a packaged meat today, and after a payment, cashier stared at its label for a while and called a manager. Manager explained and cashier told me the price looked too low. (suspecting if I put a different label on it?) If she was new and still learning, she must have asked a manager afterwards, or at least apologize for holding up and suspecting. Immediately, I didn't feel good, but later in the day, I GOT FURIOUS. BTW, prices are not low enough to justify "customers bag their stuff". It only make this place appear LOW LIFE. Consider otherwise soon. It is only understandable if this market invested in self check out stand for QUICK check out. I have never seen a place that asks customers to bag, AFTER WAITING in a LONG LINE.

  They sold us a spoiled product and when we tried to return it, they rudely refused, citing that it was opened and a tiny portion of it was missing. We showed them the mold that was growing on the dried seaweed we purchased, which we couldn't see until we ripped open the packaging, but the ignorant cashier/manager just kept saying 'you can't return an opened item that was consumed." The cashier eventually issued a refund but kept running her mouth rudely saying we shouldn't expect to return an opened item and that the level of customer service offered by other grocery chains should not be expected here. That is when we lost it and got into a heated argument with the cashier. We demanded to see the manager but none of the employees called for the manager and completely ignored us. They just lost patrons who frequented the establishment for years. My next step will be a call to the health department.

  This is a huge store with a tremendous array of everything Korean! Zion has the best selection of dried seaweed, noodles, rice, specialty snacks, sushi and so much more. Great prices and weekly sales, all of these reasons are why I only shop at Zion Market.

  If you are craving for Korean food You just come to right place I like this place . It’s well organized and clean. Produce products are refresh and fair for the price . Sometimes they have good deals or promotion on seasonal items .
