::I was in Brandon and wanted to have a hot coffee. So, I searched near me and I saw that Zimo Bakery & Cafe near me which offers hot coffee and quick bite to eat. When I went inside zimo bakery & cafe the bakery is cute and it offers bakery food which includes pastries and baked foods. After exploring the menu, I decided to order White Chocolate Mocha and along with Coffee I ordered Spring roll. The service was good and soon I got my coffee. The white chocolate mocha coffee was hot and delicious. The coffee was brewed hot and it was delicious. Soon I got spring roll too. The spring rolls were hot and it was delicious. Amazing spring rolls. The coffee as well as spring rolls were delicious and tasty. I loved my morning coffee along with the quick bite.

::I love this place. Relaxing and chill environment any day of the week. I love to go in on a weekend morning and grab a nice pastry and fruit tea. Make sure you get in early in the weekend, if you wait until noon you’ll miss out on some of the favorites! The prices are reasonable. The staff is very helpful and always pleasant. If you aren’t familiar with Vietnamese pastries/desserts, don’t worry they are always spot on with recommendations. I went in one day on a whim and have definitely become a repeat customer!

::This place is lovely and there is lots of room to move around. The things they offer look unique it makes you want to try some of the things out. I tried one of the drinks and the Grapefruit and it made me want to hurl nothing. If took out the grapefruit out it would be way more tasty. I am a little nervous to try this place out again. Cool look place but not for me but you might want to be brave at stop by.

::Go here! Full or hungry and you will still leave with food. I had the basil popcorn chicken and my partner had the fried chicken sandwich. Both of them were amazing. The baked goods are very good and different than ordinary baked goods. There are so many flavors and combinations of pastries you will want to try them all. Some are standard as strawberries and cream and some are very unique. There are some that have hotdogs and cheese in them! I had one with red bean paste and it was delicious. If they have cheesecake while you're there try it! The pistachio one was delicious. Highly recommend going here.

::The cafe/bakery is super cute - I'm obsessed. Its always kept tidy and clean. They also have a pretty nice variety of pastries and all the ones I've tried so far have been delicious! The drinks are also really good, I almost always get a dirty brown sugar boba when I visit - my next favorites would be the mango tornado and taro milk tea!!
