::**I need to add to this, because after coming here for over a year, my review hasn't changed, but Zerona has earned more good words. The people working here have made me feel like family. It may be a smoke shop, but it really is so much more than that... Come see my fam! I walked in to grab a pack of cigarettes, and I walked into a carnival of glass. It's a beautiful shop and they literally have EVERYTHING!!!! We moved from east Valley and we finally found our new home!! Come see these guys, and you won't be sorry! Izzy and Jessica are the best! The folks who run this place really know what they're doing. They got me for life!

::I am a frequent shopper at Zerona, shopping there anytime I need a new piece of any supplies. I rarely go anywhere else, because of the quality of the products and the staff themselves. This changes today. Bought a glass piece from Zerona today, super excited to use it. Get home, and fill it with water and it immediately starts leaking, evidently being unable to hold water. As the piece itself was defective before I could even use it, I brought it back thinking maybe something could be done. I get told I can buy another, but at a discounted rate. When I questioned it, they stated all sales are final and that I could have had the salesman do a water test. Having purchased numerous water pieces from this location, I have never been told nor offered about a water test to make sure the product I am purchasing can hold water in the area designed to hold it. I should not have had to ask you to prove the piece I was purchasing was the quality I expect in my pieces, you should be able to guarantee the quality by making sure the product is not defective, for example, the glass not being blown properly. I was then told that other shops do the same. I don't go to other shops, I go to zerona because I felt they were the best. However, if Zerona is unable to guarantee that a water piece designed to hold water can even do that, then maybe Zerona is not the quality smoke shop they claim to be. I will still continue to shop at Zerona for the time being, but if either the original salesman or the "manager" supervising him are there I will walk out and take my business elsewhere.

::When I walked in it was rather busy. Quite a few people walking around looking in all the very wonderful display cases. However, I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I like that. Let people know that you know they're there, and they'll be taken care of as soon as you're able. What more can you ask for? A nice selection would be nice, and that's what this place has. I found things that I didn't know existed. Does happen from time to time, always nice. They were very helpful with their suggestions. I explained I couldn't do one of the things they offered so he had an alternative quickly at hand. And it was perfect. Little Magneto pen and at just the right price. Very happy with it. I recommend this place to anyone looking for anything smoke, Vape or dab related.

::Loved it, I've been to other smoke shops in the area that are rated 4-5 stars online but this one by far beats the others. The guys there are really down to earth people, very respectful. Great base prices for great quality products, and even had 50% off items with defects that still worked just fine. Staff are also knowledgable about what they sell. I have no problem visiting them again here soon.
