  Pretty much got the ball rolling on displacing the poor and marginalized from a long time low income housing area. These people do a good job of making things look cleaner while still keeping some of the "grit" that I guess they imagine makes them feel cultured. I'm sure they congratulate themselves quite a bit, from their vantage point they think their efforts are for the "greater good" and the profit is their evidence. Anybody who has experience with these types of companies knows what's really going on, they're predatory, whitewashing culture-feeders. "Develop" some low-income housing with great infrastructure and fair access to basic goods and services/public transportation and maybe then the public perception of your company might improve. Otherwise, you guys are doing a great job as the villains.

  This company is responsible for the less than acceptable freight residences. Here's the review of freight that I wrote, just so no one is confused on the state of this place and how little they care: Unless you like lies upon lies and construction that begins at 0700, 6 days a week, avoid this "family friendly" complex. First, this place is wildly overpriced for the lack of amenities. $2400 for a 2 bedroom. Steep when you consider the construction noise that occurs constantly. When we moved in, it was advertised that there was a dog park. There is no dog park. They have since made a 10x10 fenced in area that has cat litter lining it. It is better than nothing but they removed the only grassy area in existence (also advertised as a "perk"). There is a ditch on the front of the property that extends the length of the building. It is near all the lower level units' living room/entrance. There is no flow to the water it collects, so it became a giant breeding ground for mosquitos this summer. It was unbearable. Also when we moved in, we were told that the 2 bedroom unit was actually a 3 bedroom unit. They cannot advertise it as such because the 3rd "bedroom" has no closet thus it is considered a den. They offered to put a door up on the den (it has no door for some reason) for us so that we could use it as a nursery. They are now refusing to do so and cannot "recall" that conversation. Unfortunate, because we would have just moved into the 4 bedroom unit instead. It is only $100 more a month for the 4 bedroom. We recently saw some mattresses by our dumpster that had "bed bugs" written in sharpie on them. I contacted the property management group to see if someone did, in fact, have bed bugs and their response was, "Someone reported an issue with one of the units, but it has not been found in common areas." Not really the problem... Tenants have a right to know when bed bugs are found. Around every turn there have been issues and lies/secrets with this place. Customer service isn't paramount to this organization. Probably because they are absolutely flush with cash. The developers have been popping up buildings and such all over the neighborhoods for gentrification purposes. This is kinda what you get when that happens.
