  LONG REVIEW!!!!!! I have been getting my nails done for more than 4 years now. I first got a full set from another salon, and been getting gel powder refills, ever since. A friend of mine goes to the location I am reviewing and swears by it!!! Me trusting her knowing I am a very nervous and anxious person; I went and gave it a shot. If I did not like the establishment, did not like the dip, or anything else… it was only one time right?! Not like getting your haircut! If they mess that up well there is not much you can usually do to fix it! Anyway, so I was on my way home from doing some errands and figured, why not call and make an appointment to make sure I could been seen that day. I did. Made an appointment right away, she sounded very nice over the phone and such. Thought good start to things right. Next, I pull up and the shopping center it was in was very nice looking. Went inside and holy cow, what gorgeous decor, and wall art inside. The place from a glace LOOKED SO CLEAN AND WELL KEPT !!! This made me happy. I was very worried about this. So she asked me if i was the person whom had called i told her yes. She said sit down here. So i did. She asked me what i needed that day and once i told her she handed me their color wheel stand of the colors in dip she had available. LOTS OF BEAUTIFUL COLORS TO CHOOSE FROM. Along with looking nice the place did not smell of chemicals or anything like the other nail salons do. So that was amazing. I am sensitive to smells and that was wonderful to leave without a headache. So the whole time I have a millions questions, and every single one of them she answered with such precision and knowledge. It blew my mind that was amazing… then something fantastic and unexpected happened...she asked me if i wanted a Coke, Sprite, Water, or Wine??!!! WWHAAAATTT?! Now I know what you are thinking, i thought the same thing. It is complementary… now is it hidden in their costs when they tell you how much your services were.. maybe , are you paying for the nice decor inside… maybe…. BUT, i do not mind paying a little more for excellent service, and a place that is so clean and comfortable. As she got my Coke for me, i soaked my hands to remove old gel powder. She must have known I was super nervous or something because she interrupted my train of thought and told me i could ask her any questions that she would answer them all and if she did not know an answer she could ask her boss. THAT IS SO AMAZING. That i did i asked her more questions about the product she was using, what it was made of, where is it made, how do they buy it, where they bought it from, since everyone fingers go in the same container (depending on the color you choose) couldn’t someone get a fungus or something similar… I mean i asked every question you could think of. She assured me that is they saw anything that could potentially harm or make someone else ill, that they would not continue and suggest another way. That they would separate some of the color they wanted so it would not affect others. That was such a relief. Now she is doing the thing the whole time, and it was such a great experience. It truly was. At that time. We were finished and i loved it so much. My technicians name is Cindy. She is the Manger there at Zen’s. I asked for the Owner of the establishment, however she was not available; but Cindy did a wonderful job and cannot wait to go back and get my nails done again!!!!!!!!! Will be writing another review once i get a pedicure there. : ) SUPER EXCITED!!!!!!!!!! Pictures to follow of course!!!!!! Going to continue to add photos each time I go !!! The newest thing I got done is Ombré Two Colored Dip!!!!! The pink and yellow!!! AMAZING!

  I've been going here for years and the staff is awesome, color choices are great and they always make me feel special when I come in.

  I stopped here for a pedicure. I chose one of their top tiers of options and it was relaxing. My feet were pretty neglected with calluses and dry skin. They felt much nicer after everything was finished. The pedicure chairs have massage options, which is a nice touch. They use a plastic liner on the basin your feet go in.

  0 stars if possible. Went for a manicure. I was asked that's all I want a few times. The lady told me 5 minutes to wait. After 20 minutes, I asked, they brought a bowl of cold water to dip my hands in. She said the guy would be there in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later still nobody. Got up and left. Very poor management. They don't care.
