  Called and was able to get a massage 2 hours later. Friendly service. Great massage!

  Made an appointment for a 2 hour massage on my birthday. Day of, I get a call 30 mins before my scheduled appointment informing me that the therapist I was booked with has the flu and my appointment is cancelled. I understand that “things happen” but by the time they notified me I had already 1) taken the day off work, 2) re-adjusted my schedule to allot for the massage and 3) driven across town. No compensation was offered or given beyond an apology. Not a good impression for a first time client and I doubt I will waste my time booking another appointment.

  I had a lady named Sam and she was phenomenal!! Her pressure was just right in different areas of my body and she ended it with a head/scalp massage. I absolutely LOVE head/scalp massages!!!

  Only reason they get 2 stars is because everyone was nice. Besides that it was the worst massage I ever had. Hardwood floors is massage rooms. Who wants to stand on wood with no socks on. At least put down an area rug. Not very relaxing music either.

  I had an appointment on my birthday and the massage therapist never showed up to work, they try calling her to let her know she had an appointment and she never picked up the phone. They were book solid and they didn't have another therapist available so i didn't get my massage. The 2 ladies at the front desk told me the owner would call me to make the situation right. I called back a week later to see what's taking so long for the owner to call me back the young lady stated she was not sure but she would have them call me back that day. As of today I still haven't received a call from the owner.
