  The customer service was terrible, being my first time visit it will also be my last. The only reasonable person was the surgeon himself, other than that being a young man, the woman had asked me if I had adult with me to pay for the co pay since they're due at the time of visit. I then proceeded to tell her that I was to be paying and her response was "oh big man, pays all by himself." That alone disgusts me that indadviauls continue to act In such a manner in the year 2016. Terrible people skills, and much of which was spoken about me behind the counter was in another language such as polish from what I understood.

  Terrible customer service! The reception girl was so rude and didn't pay attention to me at all. The other women that was helping her started screaming at me when I asked why I should pay for my consultation, instead of explain calmly... After all the doctor ask her to burn a disc for me. They pretend that they did but when I came with this disk to other Doctor he said that disc is absolutely empty, no files at all. So if you wish to save your time and nerves don't go to that office or try to avoid reception girls..
