  So it’s taken me 8 months to write this review just for the fact that I wanted to wait and see how well this used car really ran. And I’m absolutely satisfied with the overall experience working with Zara Auto Sales. From the beginning he made the sale very easy despite us having our three small children with us. They we upfront about any damages to the vehicle. Fair buying price. Will definitely be back to do business very soon. Only problem I do have is I took it back about a week after purchasing to fix he check engine light which was on when I drove it off the lot for a oil pressure sensor and the same day after them fixing it it came back on and the computer ran the same thing oil pressure sensor kind of makes me question if they ever fixed it but I haven’t had time to get it fixed yet and it hasn’t affected driving the vehicle so I haven’t gotten around to it but otherwise very satisfied.

  I paid a fair price for a used truck at Zara. The buying experience was smooth and the salesmen were all very easy to work with. Most vehicles there have been wrecked and come with salvage titles (they are upfront about this from the beginning). After a couple months of owning my truck the paint started peeling off of the door. I called Zara and they told me to bring it in to get fixed with basically no questions asked. I thought this was great service, since they weren't necessarily obligated to fix a truck with no warranty. On top of that, they refused to accept any money when I offered to give them some cash to at least help cover the cost of materials. I would highly recommend Zara to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

  Zara is a great place to buy a used vehicle! The entire staff was very patient while I tried multiple cars, then brought my spouse back to do the same. We had two kids with us when we ultimately made our purchase. The entire process was so simple and although the vehicle had a minor issue within a couple of days, Zara took care of everything, at no additional cost. I could not be happier with my experience, although they have probably seen enough of me, I would definitely return.

  Great car buying experience. No nonsense, fair pricing and we really like the warranty we got with a used car. I’d definitely buy our next car here.

  Don’t buy a salvage car.... I’ve had an awful experience since day one and should have know better. First they wouldn’t let me take it to my preferred mechanic. I finally worked out a deal with them to take it to someone and they found a ton of things wrong... I was told they were all going to be fixed. Nothing needs to be in writing he said, that is not how their culture is. So I bought the car a after only two weeks I was taking it to a mechanic. The right suspension was never repaired after the accident they told me. I called Zara and they would not help. They told me to bring is the SA automotive. Finally... Zara agreed to pay for the suspension to be fixed because it was obviously done my the accident which totaled the car, not something I did. That is why I gave them 2 stars... at least they did help with that and I’m grateful. The car has been an absolute nightmare since I bought it 6 months ago. I just spent another $1200 today getting the water pump replaced because someone put water instead of antifreeze, so when it was cold it broke the water pump. Just don’t do it, say no to going to the mechanic every month
