I like the garment, but customer service is terrible! I ordered at Zara.com, wanted to return some items, but received my package back because I missed 30-day period. When I opened the box not all items were inside. I complained and received an answer that I didn't send them! Don't tell me what I send and what I didn't because I know!

Our family was a permanent customer, until my wife ordered items on zara.com, returned some of them late and received the return back, opened it to find out that one item was missing! We complained but received a response that their warehouse never received this item! Liars, terrible customer service.

I'm not going to give them any stars. I ordered my dress online, got an e-mail couple days later saying my order is ready to be picked up. I went there then next day after work (more than 24 hrs) and they couldn't find my order. Fifteen minutes later the female manager told me that my package has arrived but still in the ups box and needed to be scanned before give it to me if I waited for couple hours. I told them no since I had to pay for parking and told them to call me when it's ready. Up until now 2/11/2018 I still have not hear from them. You CAN NOT tell your customer if the order is ready when it's NOT, this is a waste of time and I need that dress for the event that already passed. Very disappointed.

Love Zara but the staff is horrible. I have been to this location multiple times. Have really bad experience every single time.

I went here to return something tonight. No one was working at the men's checkout so I went upstairs. There were two cashiers. One person had a large purchase, while the other was taking at least 20 minutes to argue with the cashier about his return (not the cashier's fault, he was trying to argue out of their return policy). After cashier number 1 finishes his transaction, he just gets up and leaves for at least 5 minutes, while there are 15 people in line and no active cashiers. Some manager type comes over, and I expect she'll take his post, but she doesn't, nor did she address the massive unmoving line
