    horrible customer service. bought a major purchase and no way it should take 3 weeks to be sized.I will never buy from Zales again, i will buy from someone who has a local jeweler to size or in-store jeweler to size.this was my present now I won't even have it for my trip. very disgusted!

    I don't know if the customer and lady know each other but I literally had to sit her forever hearing about they whole life story...it's ridiculous it's taking the cashier over 45 min to check out her girl...it's my here to pick up a mother's day gift that was shipped here. I don't have time for this I'm on my lunch break...rude!

    Questionable business practices, deceitful behavior and horrible customer service. Ordered earrings on 1/1/16, promised deliver by 1/22/2016; as of 2/7/2016, earrings have not been delivered by the store to customer. Had to have credit card company dispute charges as store would not give refund, citing they had to have the earrings back in store to authorize earrings despite earrings being in the custody of the company (we never took receipt of the earrings as the store sent them off to get new posts). Sales staff misspelled name on order despite having my driver's license in hand. Later realized this when trying resolve this issue. (Just an example of the lack of attention from this company's employees). After the deliver date had passed and we received no phone call, we called the store. The associate stated they had called but the number was different than what they had on record, however, my number is correctly printed on both receipts for the merchandise. We were then told by the associate that the earrings had not been sent off yet due to needing approval. She stated she would get the approval, put a rush on them and would call us back. A couple of days passes and no phone call. So I call back, this time talk to a sales associate and the manager. The manager tells me a story about a one of the associates sent back a pair of earrings to be redone because they didn't meet the quality standards and she felt that those were probably our earrings. Please note, this is a totally different story than what we were given on the previous call. I express my dissatisfaction with the service and not having my item well after the promised delivery date. The manager stated she would call the repair department and call me back. Several days later and no phone call. I call back and talk to another sales associate and then the manager again, who tells me that she doesn't know where the earrings are and cannot issue a refund until the earrings are back in the store. Since I never took deliver of these earrings, how can a customer be held accountable and their money withheld if the item is lost in the custody of the store? I told the manager that I was going to call my credit card company to dispute the charges and she told me that I was "welcome to do that" followed by a click as she hung the phone up on me. Although I was able to dispute the charges on my credit card, I had still paid for the new backs on the earrings in cash. I called back and the manger told me that she'd call me when the earrings got back to the store from the repair shop so I could come get a refund. Meaning, I still have to wait to get the rest of my money for something I never took delivery on. My recommendation, don't ever trust your business to Zales or it's sister companies. If you are unfortunate enough to have to do so, at least use a credit card, that way, when you don't get your items, you can get your money back as they apparently will not refund the money if an item is delayed or lost in their custody.

    Candace is very kind and professional! However, an older lady which I think is the manager is very rude and makes you feel as if she is better than you! Uncomfortable. If it wasn't for the kind lady, I would've done my business else where.
