  I was there Monday 4/16 at 8:45, I wanted to get a bracelet fixed that my boyfriend bought for me, however the girl working was very rude. She was counting the registers already and told me she couldn’t help me. I asked her why she couldn’t look up our Information for the warranty & she insisted she needed a barcode. Which is false because I got another bracelet fixed and they looked up the warranty just with my boyfriends information. Never coming here again.& I’m warning my colleagues in the mall about this as well. I’m a manager there.

  Waited over a month for my wedding rings to be resized. No one called to informed me that my rings were ready for pick up. Not acceptable.

  The individual I worked with was attentive as soon as I walked in. However, soon after that it changed. She ultimately added a protection plan that I did not authorize to my total bill. At all other retail stores (like Best Buy) I am asked if I want to purchase the protection plan - its not just automatically added to my bill without a conversation like this was. Very disappointing sales reps are taking advantage of people. Pay attention to your final bill!

  Brought bracelet for my gf. In December. She tried on bracelet it was to big so we had it sent out to be adjusted to her size. Bracelet comes back the CLASP is no good so they had to send it back out again. Once bracelet arrives it was fine for a few days. Once again clasp broke. Never again from zales. Quality is Garbage
