  Would it really hurt your company to come fix something that wasn't installed right? Is it going to bankrupt you? NO!!!!!!!I know its been 2 years, but we hardly ever use the vertical blinds in question, and you can see your installer didn't put the screws in the stud and/or didn't use anchors! Miss me with we need $75 to come and even look, you need to take responsibility for your installers poor work, but like everything else in this day and age, no one wants to be made accountable for their actions and fix anything they did wrong. I WILL NOT BE GIVING REFERRALS, but will be DISCOURAGING ANYONE FROM GIVING YOU BUSINESS!!!!

  Had a horrible experience with this company. Only reason giving two stars is because the installers were very good and polite. It took three times for them to come and get our plantation shutters correct. After measuring for the shutter it takes about 6 weeks to build them. Which is fine. The day comes for the install right before a big party my wife was having. I take off work because they only install on week days, again understandable but when they show up they have the wrong blinds. So we must wait an additional 6 weeks for them to rebuild the correct ones. They show up a second time. This time my wife takes off work but they built and brought the wrong size. So we must repeat this process a third time. The whole time putting the blame on the manufacturer, which really frustrates me because that's who they chose to represent their company. At the end of the day they gave a half felt apology and small discount for all of our trouble. Go with Costco is my advice.

  Excellent company to work with. In 2013 We had almost our entire house equipped with plantation shutters from Zblinds. They are wonderful for indoor climate control, keeping the heat out in summer and the cold out in winter. PLUS they look fantastic. This year we noticed color fading on the ones that get full sun. The shutters we had installed came with a warranty that protects against that. We contacted Zbinds and they have removed and reordered the shutters for us. In the process we also ordered shutters for a window we hadn't before. That was installed today. Beautiful job. We highly recommend Zblinds.

  Moving into a new office can be such a hassle. Thankfully Z Blinds made our decision process much easier by providing a variety of samples & window cover recommendations. Their prices are very reasonable while maintaining the highest quality material. I would use Z Blinds for any type of property or project! Thank you!
