  If there was the star below one I would give the lowest to YRC. They are the worst company I've ever worked with. Quoted me for coffee table delivery for $289 and after delivery sent me overcharged bill for $517. When I filed a claim my account manager promised to send me adjusted bill, he never did. They sent my case to collection without any notice and now updated bill is for $620. YRC doesn't care about customer service. The company is oriented only on extortion of money from customers. Totally unprofessional and irresponsible. THE WORST COMPANY EVER

  One star is one too many. They are absolutely incompetent, unprofessional, unreliable! That's just on the surface. How are they still in business?? !!!The companies that utilize this freight company are truly cutting corners because they are just meat and potatoes. YRC's delivery guy wanted me to carry a palette over 150 lbs up to my apartment when the company never said curbside delivery. I was fined $250 and Zach said YRC would not pay the fine since their delivery guy did more than expected when he left it in front of my door: yeah he ruined the wax halls in my building, left debris in the hallways and banged up the furniture! I called Mr. Dulley and left over 6 voicemails and never got a call back. This happened June 2 and now I'm out an additional $250. Zach says I should have know it was curbside and they were not a paying a lick. He kept his word. Don't do business with them. THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!

  I had a large package (200+ pounds) shipped here. The seller provided the BOL number to me and the online tracking tool let me see when it was delivered. I called the depot and they confirmed they had the package and that I could pick it up any day I wanted before 10:30 PM. The hours were surprising given the other reviews I've read here. I arrived the next day with a van and was immediately shown where to park by the security guard on duty. He directed me inside, where someone took my name and said they'd grab my crate. After he found the package he confirmed I had a large enough vehicle, then brought the crate around on a forklift to load into the van. While I was waiting for him multiple other workers asked if I needed any help. The experience getting a package here could not have been smoother, and the shipping cost for such a large item was very reasonable.

  If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Long phone call hold times, inconclusive delivery tracking outcomes, non committal delivery times, sloppy shipping palettes, and the list goes on and on. If your vendor suggests them for shipping run the other way and get a better vendor. Two consecutive delivery dates missed and they give me the tired oooolllllld excuse of "We couldn't find you location". sickening... Avoid if sanity is something you hold dear.
