  After injuring my lower back powerlifting 2 years ago, I visited a couple different Chiropractors who all told me that, because of my injury, I was never going to be able to squat heavy again. I learned of Dr. Jen and subsequently went in to see her after she gave a seminar at UC Santa Cruz. After literally my first session with her, I was immediately empowered to take my healing process into my own hands with the tools she provided me. My sessions with Dr. Jen were not simply a few quick adjustments followed by a ready-made rehab prescription. Although, yes, Dr. Jen uses MANY different techniques such as adjustments and tissue work to bring her patients out of acute pain, the real value of Dr. Jen's service is her knowledge of movement. Together, we were able to diagnose precisely what was causing my pain, and then took steps to correct my movement pattern errors. A few months later, and after only 4 sessions, I was 100% pain free and stronger than ever. Dr. Jen takes a holistic approach to bringing her patients out of pain by providing knowledge and guidance about all aspects of health from the nutritional and physical components of the body, to even the psychological and emotional parts. I cannot stress enough how positively Dr. Jen's services have impacted me!

  Absolutely great service! True musculoskeletal therapy that always leaves me moving better and feeling great. Be prepared for homework :) it helps to help yourself!
