::The instructors are very friendly and patient. They host classes with all levels of practice. Costs are very reasonable and there are plenty of classes to choose from including beginner to advanced. It is also very clean. I recommend this location for anyone who is just starting or would like to challenge themselves to the next level. Namaste.

::This is a great yoga studio. Though my schedule has allowed me to work with only three of the teachers So far I have loved it and found each one to be different and experienced. It is energizing, invigorating, calming, transformative-everything you want from a yoga experience. Your Inner Yogi is open seven days a week so you can always find a class that fits your lifestyle. They have different types so you can find one for your skill level. I love it! Thanks to Libby Campo for bringing Your Inner Yogi to downtown Memphis.
