  Henry is very detail oriented and honest. He saved us from buying a new home in Fair Lawn 13-06 Sunnyside avenue. This home had major defects and was a money pit.

  We were really lucky to find Henry as our home inspector. The house we were looking to buy was a new construction in Norwood NJ, and Henry did a great job in the inspection. He was really thorough and did a detailed inspection of the house. He used Infra-red thermal imaging and even found the issues behind the wall. Checked and inspected everything and explained every major to minor issues. He knew the seller's agent very well but that did not influence his inspection. He did his job like a pro. His report was extensive and included pictures to show all major and minor points. He even called to follow up on the report and is constantly advising us on ways to resolves to the issues with the seller. He is a definitely a buyers inspector and we would very highly recommend him. We can say this with no doubt that he is the best
