  I’ve never reviewed a business online before, but I wanted to note how timely and kind Fetene is, and fairly priced the service was. I looked into a couple of places before deciding to have my car tune-up (oil change, additional transmission fluid, etc) at Your Family Auto. The whole thing cost the same amount competitors quoted it would cost just to do the diagnostic. Highly recommended and the Ethiopian restaurant next door is one of the best in town.

  What are people looking for when they read these reviews? In a mechanic, possibly more than any other service, my best guess is that people are looking for an honest mechanic, fair prices, and quality work. Fetene and his staff offer all that and more. I am so happy that I found let the reviews for this place lead me there 2 years ago. Since, Fetene has done ALL my auto work, and I have recommended him to all my family and friends. There simply isn't a better mechanic in the area that I know of. Give him a shot, you won't regret it.

  Your Family Auto does high quality work and provides honest and friendly customer service. Fetene is very competent, explains the repairs, and gives you excellent value overall. I'll definitely go back if I need car repair! Also - try some Ethiopian food next door if you need to wait a bit :-)

  Kind, helpful, genuine, fair. They went above and beyond. They fixed my car problem and I got home and almost cried because I'm struggling financially and they also fixed my broken headlight without my prior knowledge. They charged me a fraction of the price other places did. I will come back whenever I face more car troubles. (The Ethiopian restaurant next door is awesome too! Wonderful bunch of ladies).
