  After making a two year commitment to rent a house to a group of college students Bob and Donna decided to go back on their word and didn't renew the lease for the second year. The house was run down and dilapidated when the girls moved in. They were told that the house was being torn down. Why then was $1600 held back from the girls' security for refinishing the floors? Way to prey on college kids! Shame on you!!
