  Very clean and well managed clubs. Lots of room between workout equipment. Love the instructors.

  Avoid the manager Bennie, biggest scammer. Lier and 2 face person. Make sure you know what’s going on before you sign anything or handing your credit card!!!!

  I workout here but....the egos here amaze me....I hope ppl arnt so gullible to believe the trainers here arnt on PED's.....Plz. I encourage the natural ppl do your research and learn...don't take advise from these ppl....fort worth is a struggling population and these trainers will be happy to take your $ to pay for their unnatural ways. Believe me, I seen this to much

  Glad I didn’t get a membership from this place I went about two weeks ago to sign up for a membership the front desk agent was busy arguing with someone else and told me to do a walk of the gym I saw two other employees so I went to them and asked them the monthly fees neither one knew and ended up taking me back to the front where I waiting and waiting.. saw so many employees and not one person spoke or helped I ended up just walking out. Worst customer service ever!!

  If I could, I would give 0 stars. The gym equipment is nice but the staff is horrendous. The ambiance is so negative and depressing. Also, if you try to cancel or downgrade you will be given the run around. You can set up an appointment to speak to the “manager” Benny to cancel and he will literally write it on a piece of paper and never get to actually doing it. That’s just a lazy and untrustworthy human in my opinion. I requested to have my personal training downgraded in February and still in late April I am getting charged the higher price. I have called twice to try and get refunded and both times I was told that a message will be left with the “manager” and they will call me back but that was weeks ago and still no call. This location is highly unprofessional and degrading. I wouldn’t reccomend it to my worst enemy. You are better off going to Planet Fitness. I will be contacting corporate to hopefully get my situation resolved. Updates to come.
