  This was one of the worst, if not the worst experiences I have had with a vendor/place of business. I placed a small order of 6 books to be shipped to me on approximately 2/22/13. Spoke with RUDY (very RUDE) Yoruba books processed my payment, including shipping on that date. I have yet to receive the books. I called to check on the order today, 3/20/13, and was met with rudeness and attitude. At the time the order was placed, the delivery address was confirmed and reconfirmed. I even received a call back to confirm the address, which now in hindsight, confirms they had the incorrect address because I have still not received the books. They did admit to having the wrong address as if I had given them the wrong address! Now, as I call to try to rectify the situation, I'm told that I have to wait until the books are returned to him before he can resend it. What kind of foolishness is this?! This is the answer to the question why we don't deal with our own or even deal with local vendors. No ownership of your business practices. How do you automatically start raising your voice at a customer who has paid you for a service that you did not provide? Do you not want repeat business? How can you hang up on a customer? I will NEVER recommend or use this whole in the wall, sorry excuse for a business.
