  This is probably one of my favorite studios in Portland. The instructors are amazing, the studio space is HUGE - although it does get pretty crowded. There is definitely a sense of community and I absolutely love going to classes there. It is not the closest to my house, but it is absolutely worth the drive.

  Yoga union is a fantastic and inviting space. And they have everything in one building - yoga, food and spa! The yoga classes have great variety that keeps it interesting. The instructors seem to have a variety of strengths and interests which I also appreciate. I have enjoyed every class I have attended. Highly recommend.

  I had a five class package and will definitely be returning in a membership capacity soon. The classes were great for both my body and mind. The yogis were thoughtful and personable. The space and equipment were always tidy and clean. I have not experienced yoga in a professional setting like this in the past but I have a feeling that they set the bar pretty high at yoga union. The community aspect seemed strong as well which is nice to see as I live in the area. I would highly recommend going if your body needs thoughtful stretching and your mind needs cleared.

  I've attended both yoga and sound baths with Yoga Union and it's always a wonderful experience. I remember when they were in the old building and not to see them in this new space it's been so wonderful. The sound during the sound baths is perfect. This is one of the only yoga studios I go to because of what they offer and how wonderful their staff is.

  Best yoga studio in town! I've been attending Yoga Union off and on for about 8 years. I've tried other studios and always end up back here. They have it all! Amazing instructors, beautiful space, and top-notch childcare, all relatively affordable too. The Fern has delicious, nourishing food. I've seen a few practitioners at Prema Health who have also been great. As a massage therapist, I always recommend Yoga Union to my clients, as the instructors pay attention to good form and practicing with in your limits. My only complaint is finding parking can be challenging, so plan on arriving early. Thanks for creating such an amazing community!
