  I've been going to Yoga Sol for over a year now and I find it to be inconsistent. Some instructors definitely know what they are doing. They help with poses, give positive feedback, and include mindfulness into their classes. A couple of instructors seem ill-prepared for class or unwilling to help students. The chakra series in January was frustrating. I asked for help in-class. The instructor just said, "try harder" and walked away. Another major issue I've experienced is instructors subbing for others, which happens fairly frequently. It seems there isn't a good internal system in place to make sure the class will follow the same pacing and focus. For example, the Candlelight Flow & Yin class I went to tonight was taught by a substitute who treated the class like vinyasa with some yin at the end.

  This is my favorite yoga studio. I love the atmosphere and the teachers are wonderful!

  I love that there is a community feel here. This place is great for beginners and people who have been practicing a long time. I love that they are making yoga accessible with a pay what you can class model. Their sculpt classes are energetic and a good challenge.

  I went for the first time last week! It was amazing. My first ever yoga class. The instructor was very humble and welcoming. It's a donation based studio which is awesome! I love the vibes and people that walk in the door. Helpful, clean, and peaceful!

  Love this place. It is a pay as you go studio, so you are not stuck with an expensive monthly membership if you end up not going very often. The classes are great and so are the instructors. They remember your name and are always pleasant. The studio is relaxing and clean.
