  Warm and welcoming, the downtown Yoga Oasis is a great respite to the downtown hustle and bustle. Class times vary, but many times to sneak out of work and get your yoga on.

  This is the place you need to go to get away from the stresses of life for a while! Every time I leave YO I feel refreshed and relaxed and rejuvenated! The instructors are friendly and supportive of your needs and skill levels, and the atmosphere really helps you focus and calm your thoughts. The prices are definitely worth it! I've tried classes of varying skill levels, and I have had fun at them all!
