::I have been visiting this studio on and off for a few years. It is a solid studio in the east end of Pittsburgh. I have found my experience varies GREATLY with the teacher. I have had amazing classes and experiences and classes where I honestly left annoyed and less calm and relaxed than when I got there which is disappointing. Some of the teachers in my opinion don't focus enough on the spiritual aspect, the breath, and the internal experience of yoga. Sometimes it feels like you are being rushed through sequences, poses are not allowed to be explored fully and its just about this "power yoga" experience. Also, I appreciate adjustments, but constantly adjusting the same person all class becomes distracting and takes away from the experience. I have had AMAZING classes with wonderful ambiance, music, focus on the breath, and very helpful instruction. My advice is if you're going to commit to this studio, find the teachers you vibe with and stick to their classes.
