::A small spot for yoga with knowledgeable instructors for a cheap price. As of this post the monthly unlimited fee is around $100. That includes yoga at the H Street location and all the others. Classes are available all day for different skill levels. Highly recommended.

::Patrick's classes are legit. Just the right amount of challenge, encouragement, and subtlety. Ashtanga can be intimidating but I found the environment offered at YD very accessible.
