  Yoga Better is my favorite place to practice yoga in Houston! It's not a 'fancy' studio per se, but the knowledge and expertise of the teachers make the best of this place. I feel I can always trust their instructions even during the most challenging crazy classes (yup, I am talking about Andrew's insanely hard and surprisingly fun classes). Additionally, parking around the studio is never a problem and their prices are super reasonable. They have literally classes to every practitioner's level and everybody is welcomed to come in and try it out! ;) {there is also the extra perk of this studio's proximity to Catalina coffeeshop^^)

  Yoga Better has great instruction and great instructors. I can't imaging not going to a session.

  Andrew is a FORCE to be recon with. His advanced classes are not a joke. Check him out and support him.

  Best yoga studio in the city. Learn from teachers who know anatomy and will help you get stronger.

  I took my first class at Yoga Better today and cannot wait to go back for more. Ula was knowledgeable and guided me through every detail of every posture we did. And then we had some fun with handstands at the end of class :) I highly recommend checking this place out.
