  Yoga and fitness evolution has helped me with my condition 100 percent I am very great full for the patience they have they truly care every teacher there are truly committed Saturday morning work shops at 8 are truly the best if you want contentment and peaceful day you must try the work shops

  I Teach at Body Awareness and I just want say I love my Yoga Students. They are the best. 5 stars to them.

  Body Awareness is the only place where I have taken Yoga classes where I was really able to let go, and relax, and really do my body some good. Montauk Hwy is a busy road, but you'd never know it when you are inside Body Awareness. The other students are very welcoming and of course the teachers are, too. Classes can be as challenging as you make them. It sounds corny, maybe to some people, but, I do feel more aware of my body after a class. Too often, I am too busy to listen to it. Give it a try, even if you are new to this kind of exercise.
