  Finally, finally I found a yoga studio for me. The studio is clean, the staff in friendly and informative. Most of all it is NOT hot yoga. I'm new to yoga and this studio is perfect. It has a variety of different intensity classes. Me personally low and slow, more getting in touch with my body and breathing, finding inner peace. Also learning the poses and how to do them correctly. So far I'm a week in and hooked. I can see doing it everyday. Thank you Joy Yoga Center.

  Warm, welcoming staff in a cute space. The studio offers both an indoor space and an outdoor space. Yo Yoga! offers classes that are perfect for beginners. My only request would be that they consider offering more challenging classes. I found the classes (even the intermediate class) to generally be quite low-key. That being said, I really enjoyed the classes that I did take, and I look forward to returning.

  Incredible & attentive staff of yoga instructors. Warm & welcoming studio with a great view. Highly recommend their restorative Friday night class to wind down from a busy week. Thankful for this space!

  Yo Yoga! is a totally attitude free yoga studio with uniformly excellent instructors and an unfussy atmosphere. Great for yogis (or aspiring yogis) of all levels, ages and body types.

  Awesome experience for an out of the loop intermediate. Have been pretty into Yoga but having the typical dropoff work/life overload and losing touch with it and finally putting over a year since my last time. I really felt a little intimidated about going back, but after one session I knew this place was great. Very warm, relaxed and helpful atmosphere. I really can't say enough so I'll keep it simple. If you want a great place to do Yoga that is both helpful & challenging this is your spot, from novice to expert you'll love the place and more importantly the instructors!
