  Went off peak times. Service was prompt, dishes were always available and had a good variety on the belt at all times. Tasty too!

  Nice atmosphere and convey belt, still good quality and taste below expectations. Pokes full of rice but low on fish. Edamame some with beans some not. My suggestion, go somewhere else.

  They were already closed but the waiter let me in. He served me just like anyone else. Amazing people and awesome staff. I tipped the guy $50 cause he didn't have to let me in but he did.

  We were told they don't make reservations on the phone. When we show up a piece of paper says they are closed for 30 minutes. Me, my 5 friends, and 7 other people are waiting outside. A party of 4 cuts us claiming they have a reservation. Employees there can not give us any good reasoning as to why this happened. Utterly pathetic.

  We called 2 days in advance to make a reservation (because their franchise website says they take reservations). They told us on the phone that they don't take reservations. We arrived to find a "open back up in 30 minutes" sign. During that time they were feeding people inside and the place was only one third filled. While waiting 20+ minutes, with a lot of other people, another group walked right in and we were told they HAD A RESERVATION. We promptly went somewhere else with our 7 person group. The large line outside all left as well.
