  I wish I never contracted this company. I regret the decision so much. They charged us $4000 to move a two bedroom apartment and not only did they charge us more than what they told us to begin with, most of our stuff was either missing or broken. Our stuff was damaged beyond repair and the customer service is terrible. I have a month trying to file a claim with their "insurance" but no response. I recommend you never contract this horrible company that is not worth your money or time. I wish I would have done a little more research and have seen the reviews. Worst decision of my my life.

  I wish I would have looked into reviews before choosing this company, but I'm not surprised one bit that they only have a one star. I wish you could give less. Starting out i thoughteverythingwasfine, they fought hard to give me a good price and estimated the square footage of each items and scheduled my pickup dayin a 3 day window. I called them the2nd day into my 3 day pickup window with no answer.. i called the 3rd day no answer....received a call later that day saying my truck was full and they didn't have a new pickup date yet. My pickup was late.. multiple days late to come pick up my things... so late I had already left the state and had to have my grandmother meet with them to pick up my things. The movers were an additional 2 hours late and my grandma had to wait in her car. My storage unit hold 475 cubic square feet, they told me that all my items in the storage unit came to 675 (tell me how that works) after picking up my items they said he'd do my a favor and only charge me for 532 square feet... that's still 57 square feet more then the max capacity of a storage unit which was not even completely full. I was originally quoted 300 square feet for $1,200. They then told me I was to pay $2,000 instead!!!!! Mind you I'm a single mother who had to save for months to move across the country for a better life for my son and I. They wouldn't budge, they had no remorse as I cried on the phone. .. pay up or don't get your stuff attitude. I had to borrow the money from my grandma.. because they held my items captive and for what? 3 weeks later they arrive.. items broken, miss... destroyed! I'm told by the movers I can call the office and start a claim.. guess who doesn't answer the phone? Suprise... guess who hasn't returned any of my 4 voicemails? You guessed it these pirates. Don't waste your money moving with ybt vanlines you're better off taking a sledge hammer to your things and buying all new stuff when you arrive to your destination. These guys are crooks and I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and looking into a lawyer as we speak. Don't let them do this to you, without my grandma my son and I would have only had 1 bag of clothes.

  I used their service on July 2015. Delivered with broken and missing parts. Submitted claim in Aug 2015. Processed claim by March 2016. Till now I have not received the settlement check. EDIT: I received the check this week. Thank you, YBT!

  DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!!! If you want pain and misery, rent a u-haul and hire loaders. It will still be better than these losers. I would give them less than 1 star, they loaded our belongings and informed us the cost was more than double. The crackheads they hired to load the truck dumped stuff down the driveway and then 2 of them left before the truck was loaded. Brittany did a disappearing act and could not be found. They offer to take $200 of the bill to appease us and the wife was having none of that. We hired a lawyer and they refused to talk to him. We reported them to everyone we could think of and the USDOT finally came to the rescue. When the six weeks of hell was done we got out stuff (heavily damaged) some of the boxes had been thrown and crushed, furniture was beaten up pretty bad, tv has sound issues now, chainsaw was missing, etc.

  The movers whom load at Az were so respectful and careful with their Job, BUT whom delivered all my furniture in Florida they were a real mess, they were no professionals on doing his work, the Florida driver come with six young mens and five of them were kind but with out knowledge of what they were doing, One of them was with a very bad attitude and bad language, My Expensive Furniture that I have been taken care for a long time period was into the truck like Garbage, all piled up, this caused Broken of so many items and lost of pieces and wood legs lost, It was a really mess, They forgot a 300 pound Power Plate on top of a Dolly. I choose this company because they quoted me a very good price, at end it doubled, and now my furniture is a really mess, broken and lost!
