  Bought a bed frame from king size the owner claimed it was pine wood and he basically gassed the whole thing up so when we got it delivered the the frame had so much sawdust and it was sanded from some parts and had splinters all over by the second week the staples from the frame started popping out and caused my (brand new bear mattress) worth around 1k to rip we called the store and they said that they would have someone come over and fix it it has been a week and we have been calling the store but they just don't pick up they refuse to fix it or even to admit he did a sloppy job mind you I have the recipe and everything I feel like I'm going to be obligated to take legal actions to get my money back from the frame and the bed now That i had to use the guarantee to get a new mattress I DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING IN THIS STORE very unprofessional and rude they will give you a hard time
