  Studio is dirty and cramped. The class (slow burn) is nothing different than a regular yoga class except it’s dark. The infrared lamps seem to cover some portions of the studio much more than others. Overall a disappointing experience.

  a little pricey but totally worth it. super cool vibes, really liked how the teacher teaches the flow, then lets you go at your own pace for the flow. it's hot, you'll sweat. the beauty bar with dry shampoo is SOOO KEY. would give it 5 stars if the pricing was a little better and the flows were a little more advanced

  Every time I come from CT to visit NYC I must take a class st Y7! Every instructor has always been amazing. So much freedom to do your own thing, always a great experience

  Shocking customer service. Horrible studio manager. Didn't accept classpass after signing up through the regular channels. Poor attitudes all around, especially for a place that is supposed to be for self improvement and healing.

  Love this studio! You can rent everything you need for class: mat, hand towel, yogi toes towel and water. There's a freshen-up bar and a couple changing rooms. Make sure you come prepared to sweat!
