  Super friendly and easy to work with. Not so pleased with their promised communication that never happened. White pipe and drape was not white but off white and not all the same length, but it worked. One of the pieces of astroturf had burn holes all over it. Delivery and pick up went well.

  I definitely recommend Y Knot Party Rentals, we had a great experience. We rented a dance floor, champagne glasses, and linens and everything was just as advertised and very reasonably priced. Anybody can tell you how bad a company is with customer service and whatever else but I will say this. We had an issue with some edge trim pieces for the dance floor so due to safety we opted to not use the dance floor and moved that part of our reception inside the house. I called Y Knot and spoke to the owner Sharon who was very nice and easy to talk to. I explained my issue and she asked that I come in and show her receiving guys so they could assess the situation. They looked at it and heard about my experience and with no questions asked and 100% great service they refunded my wife and nearly $200 for the issue. I am a business owner myself and it's nice to deal with other business owners who understand the meaning of customer service. This company is top notch, thumbs up, and 5 stars!!

  Y-knot has the friendliest people working there. We just had a wedding and everything went perfectly, from the rentals to the flowers. A huge thumbs up for Sandy, her flower arrangements were the most beautiful that I have ever seen. This is a very talented lady. Thanks to everyone for helping make my son and daughter in-laws wedding a memorable event. We will definitely be using them again as well as referring to everyone that we know.
