  I went to the salon to find out their business hours. No one else was in the premises except for the lone person who seems like the owner. This person was on the phone. I asked her for her business hours. Either she doesn't speak English, or she purposely chose to ignore me. She continuously shook her head indicating "no" while on the phone. I am a male and this is nail salon (for female). Still there is no reason not to pay attention to someone from the public. For that, I won't even take my girlfriend to this place. One less potential customer. One star.

  Very unprofessional and unsanitary nail salon. I have waited for an hour, even though I had an appointment and my manicure was a disaster and rushed through. Never again !!
