  they are great at what they do just dont bring then crappy stuff and hope to get 1000000 dollars for it.

  Guy in store, presumably the owner, has a very bad attitude and throws off a negative vibe. Been there once, would not do further business with them after this.

  👍 I always had good experiences dealing with this shop. I felt that I was treated fairly and respectfully at all times. It's a great place to bring items of all types that are in good shape for others to enjoy instead of dumping in trash or collecting dust in basement .

  Always got a good deal with Lou. Has interesting items at all times. I see some people complain about the offers they got. Shop around good luck finding a better deal. If people are so unhappy with the offers, see your stuff yourself. Everyone has to make money and he is more than fair for taking the risk of what items he buys.

  Ive been to the Xtra Change many many many times. I have always had a positive experience with Louie. He has helped me pick out some great gifts for my husband. He has even helped me with items I no longer needed and gave me an amazing price. If your looking for gifts or just something for yourself, Louie is the guy you want to see!!
