  My boyfriend brought my car in for an oil change while I was at work. They told him I also needed an air filter change, so he agreed. When he picked me up my engine light was on. He said he had asked the guys there about it and they told him it was already on. It wasn't. We went there and they said they didn't have the scanning tool to check it and send us to their east side location. They checked it and said their scanner wouldn't read it so they said go to AutoZone. AutoZone said try O'Reillys. O'Reillys reader said it wouldn't read either. Finally I just gave up. Then my car started running rough so I brought it to Rally's Auto off Artic for a tune up. They said they would do a check and see if that's what I needed. It wasn't. They found that the sensor cable wasn't attached and asked if some work had been done to the air filter area. It was unplugged. I spend $160 at this XPRESS LUBE just for some very shoddy work. I spent $151 at Rally Auto for them to check the CRAPPY work that XPRESS LUBE did. Once I was told from Rally, and their technician explained to me what happened I went to speak with someone at XPRESS LUBE. I gave them copies of their receipts and of Rally Autos receipts. Today I got a call from the technician and he said the owner wouldn't reimburse for any charges. I was given the owners number, called and left a message. My car could have had some major damage from their overpriced shoddy work. I will be attempting to contacting the owner again. I WILL NEVER USE THEM. I PLAN ON TELLING ANYONE AND EVERYONE ABOUT THEIR SHODDY BUSINESSES PRACTICES.

  Showed up at exactly 8 a.m. to two younger lazy guys who told me they cannot do a tire rotation on my F250. Didn't have anyone in line I was the first customer and they said my truck is too big. What a cop out, was going to give them a synthetic oil change that would have held 16 quarts, but they're quick in decision to not rotate my tires lost them my business and I will never go there again

  We have been using these folks for years they always look out for things that might be wrong with the car and let you know and they are fast efficient and have a fair price

  What a joke. They really act like they don't want business, go somewhere else!!
