  Had our car in for a gasket installment. Our car was there for a week and they never touched it. Said it would be fixed buy Sunday at the latest. We dropped it off last wendsday... Now we have to find another repair shop that'll fix it in a week or sooner. Having a new baby come in 2weeks, thanks guys for not fixing our car -_-

  Let me first say that I have been coming here For about 3 years (good experiences) but my last few experiences have not been good at all. Today put the icing on the cake and I will not be returning. In may I purchased 2 brand new tires from this shop. When I left my car was not driving the same and then my low tire pressure light came on. I took my car back and more air was put in tire. I went up the street and light came on again. I then told them to take the tire off because I shouldn’t be having this issue. Come to find out it had.a bad stem on it. Okay no biggie as long as it’s fixed. I didn’t have a problem after that. Today I called to see if they had the same brand tire and size they sold me last time. Issac said yes I can order them now. I asked if he could order now so I wouldn’t have to wait for them to bring. I provided issac with the brand and tire sizes and told him I will be there in about 45 minutes. He said okay. I get to shop and tire still was not there. The tire finally came and my tire was replaced and I left. I get home and something told me to look at tire and it’s a completely different tire brand. I called issac to see what happened and he said he forgot to tell me but the place they got the tire from today does not sell that brand. I expressed to him I specifically asked for the other brand for a reason and that’s why I called ahead. I wouldn’t have drove all the way from hurst to Arlington to get a different brand. If that was the case I could’ve went to Discount Tire which is 2 minutes away from my house and not 40 to 45 minutes. He told me that there is nothing they can do about a tire that’s been driven on. The tire was driven on before I left the shop because they drove the car around building to me. With all that being said they did not try to make it right and I will take my money else where from this point on. I can’t stand when somebody try to give you what they want you to have when I’m paying my money. I’ve been a faithfully customer there but I will be faithful elsewhere.

  I was very pleased with my recent experience at this location. They contacted me every single day to let me know what the process was going to be in getting my car all fixed up. I appreciated the constant communication from everyone. Having to be without your vehicle is an inconvenience but when you know it is in good hands, you're worry free. :) Would recommend to everyone, and am glad I have somewhere to bring my car when she needs to be serviced
