  Racist. Some of the Chinese workers there make fun of you, thinking you can't understand. This is not a friendly place for women who wear headscarf. The managers need to check who they're hiring. If you can't make a customer feel welcomed, you will definitely lose business.

  The head stylist at the salon pretty much controls everything you sit on a chair he tells one of his assistance what to do the assistant will do all the work he comes back assesses the progress of your hair and you're done. The staff members don't speak English but the head stylist does but my hair turned out great!

  I went here for the first time yesterday for a haircut and loved my experience. When I first walked in I noticed they were rather busy for a Monday afternoon but realized why later. The salon is clean with a fun, trendy vibe. I was taken right away and first had my hair washed, where I received the best head massage. Next, was the haircut. My stylist was Jason, he was very friendly and took his time transforming my long hair into a sleek Bob. It came out just like the picture I showed him. The salon is known for its coloring techniques (balayage, ombre, highlights) which explains why they are so busy but their cuts are just as great! Plus their pricing was just as good (wash, cut, blow dry for $34). I am definitely going to go back for services and am looking forward to them doing my color.

  I went to this salon for the first time last month, after my hair was damaged at a salon I had been going to for years. Kevin has a great personality and made me feel at ease. I trusted him from the get go! He corrected my color and gave me a great haircut too! I got so many compliments on my color and cut that I will continue going to Kevin and this salon. Many of my friends and family members also plan to go to Kevin! I recently took my mother there for a haircut and she also received nothing but compliments! This salon also has the most comfortable furniture. You actually recline in a chair while your hair is washed and your scalp is massaged. All this and at reasonable prices too! They are also open late most nights and are open Sundays too, which is very convenient! Bravo Xcellent Hair Salon! You definitely xcell at what you do! Anna

  Loved them. First of all; the shampoo process was the best I have ever experienced. They take their time and make sure you are left feeling clean and relaxed. My stylist was Jason, he was really nice, courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. I am very satisfied with the service at this salon. Will be going back soon.
